The church is temporarily closed for worship until further notice due to the presence of bats.

We are applying for a national grant towards dealing with this problem and fully intend to open the church for worship as soon as possible.

The grounds around the church are historic and with unusual planting by Rev Douglas Petts.

Welcome to the parish church of St Michael Penkevil: St Michael in the Anglican Diocese of Truro and county of Cornwall England.

The church is situated on the Tregothnan estate and is the historic church of the Boscawen family.  It is an integral part of community life (contact us for the newsletter).

We are a small but friendly church and enjoy social occasions coordinated with the Village Hall committee, We hold regular weekly Sunday communion services at 10am and larger celebrations at Easter, Harvest and Christmas.

We are available for weddings, funerals and baptisms.   On the second Sunday of each month the service is a shorter family service.

Tresillian is an active village community with its own website  www.tresillianvillage.co.uk  where you will also find a link to the church website at tresillianvillage.co.uk/holy-trinity-church   Regular information about church services and events are to be found on the village website under "Community/ Faith".

We are a friendly church supporting Christian community life and working closely with the local Methodist chapel and other Christians in Tresillian.  We host a monthly Coffee Morning at Mary's Pasty's shop on the first Tuesday of each month and a Community Lunch in the Church Hall at 12 noon on the third Thursday every month. Both are open to everyone in the village (tel: 520566).

The Church Hall is available for booking and has a modern, well equipped kitchen and disabled toilet    (tel:520679 or 520198).  

All are very welcome to our weekly Sunday communion services at 11.15am with refreshments 

and to our special REMEMBRANCE, CHRISTMAS and EASTER services.  During December and March as we prepare for Christmas/Easter  we meet informally with chapel friends to reflect on the seasons of Advent and Lent.  Please get in touch to find out more.
